Noah (2014)

This is a new rendition of the classical Biblical story of Noah.

A man, who is a descendant of Adam and Eve is chosen by God to build an arch and save two and every species of animals to rebuild the world after he destroys the world with a great flood and cleanses the land of man kind. But while they build the arch a clan of desperate men lead by a king try to get on board when the flood strikes but are no match for the guardian angels and the flood waters.

But when one of his own defies God' s will as he believes, he threatens to take drastic action and goes crazy.

I recommend this movie, and I give it a 4.5 out of 5.

Starring Russell Crowe (Gladiator, A Beautiful Mind) as Noah, the beautiful Jennifer Connelly (Hulk, Blood Diamond) as Naameh, Ray Winstone (The Departed, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull) as Tubal-cain, Anthony Hopkins (Hannibal, Thor) as Methuselah, Emma Watson (Harry Potter movies, This Is the End) as Ila, Logan Lerman (3:10 to Yuma, Percy Jackson movies) as Ham, Douglas Booth (LOL, Romeo and Juliet) as Shem, Nick Nolte (The Thin Red Line, Warrior) as Samyaza, Mark Margolis (The Wrestler, Pi) as Magog, Kevin Durand (X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Robin Hood) as Rameel, introducing Leo McHugh Carroll as Japeth, Finn Wittrock (Winter' s Tale, Halloweentown High) as Young Tubal-cain and Madison Davenport (The Possession, Over the Hedge) as Na'el.
