Fort Bliss (2014)

A soldier returns home from a deployment in Afghanistan only to find that her son dosn' t remember her. She has a hard time adjusting back to civilian life, and when things start to turn around she has to be re-deployed. It is a hard adjustment for her to have to leave her son again, but makes him promise to not forget her.

This is a sad movie and was not that great. I give this movie a 3.5 out of 5. This movie is not for kids because of nudity and violence.

Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 (2015)

This is the sequel to Pail Blart: Mall Cop, and it' s just not as funny as the first.

After finally getting married to the girl in the 1st movie, she leaves him after six days. After that and loosing his mother he gets a bit of good news. He gets invited to a security guard conference. But of course, his bad luck follows him and he discovers his daughter wants to break out on her own and go off to college.

This is another Adam Sandler movie and is decently funny. I give this movie a 4 out of 5, and is OK for kids to watch.

Ride (2014)

A son drops out of college and goes to spend the summer with his fathers family and her over baring work-a-holic mother decides to follow. But while she is there she finds herself and battles her past. After loosing her job she decides to move to LA and surprise her son, but then she finds out he is going back to NY to school.

This is a great movie and I recommend it. I give this movie a 4 out of 5.

Maggie (2015)

In this apocalyptic flick a teenage girl gets infected with a disease that has plagued the Midwest. The local law wants to put her in quarantine but her father sticks by her side despite the rest of the family. He holds out all the way till the end. It does have an interesting ending.

I recommend this movie but it is not for kids. I give this movie a 4 out of 5.

The Book of Life (2014)

This movie was not that entertaining and we quickly lost interest, lol.

It is an animated meeting about a man who was struggling with either doing what his family wants him to do or do what he wants to do with his life. So he embarks on an adventure.

This is a good movie for kids and I give it a 3.5 out of 5.

Paddington (2014)

This movie from the producer of Harry Potter is about a little bear named Paddington who leaves his family to go London and find a human family. He finds a family who takes him in and they go on a great adventure.

This is a great movie for families. I give this movie a 4.5 out of 5.

Empire State (2013)

When a young guy gets a job working for an armored car company and his partner is killed in action, he gets reassigned to work the night shift guarding a money stash. He and his child hood friend decide to rob some of the money, but his friends does something he dosn' t expect and it catches him off guard. He now has to cover his tracks and prove he is not part of it.

I give this movie a 4 out of 5, and it is not for kids due to bad language. This movie has a great cast.

Trust Me (2013)

An agent who looses a client to his rival tries to land another talent but struggles to land her. When he thinks he is free and clear things take a change for the worse.

This movie was not that impressive. I give this movie a 3 out of 5.

Unfinished Business (2015)

This movie is about a man who leaves the company he has been working for and starts his own company with two other guys. They travel to shake hands on a deal that is import to them all while he is dealing with kid troubles at home.

This is a funny movie with a great cast. I recommend it and give it a 4.5 out of 5. This is movie is not for kids do to nudity and language.
