The Guard (2011)

This movie is about a cranky Irish policeman gets teamed up with an American FBI agent to investigate an international drug-smuggling ring. The Irishman's methods are a bit unorthodox, and he constantly buts heads with the FBI agent. When his new partner comes up missing, he and the agent start looking for more than one man.....they think.

This is an O.K. movie, I don' t understand the Irish humor so I would only give this movie a 3.5 out of 5.

Starring Brendan Gleeson (Troy, Gangs of New York) as Gerry Boyle, Liam Cunningham (Clash of the Titans, Safe House) as Francis Sheehy-Skeffington, Fionnula Flanagan (The Others, Yes Man) as Eileen Boyle and Don Cheadle (Crash, Hotel Rwanda) as FBI Agent Wendell Everett.
