The Da Vinci Code (2006)

This movie is based off the book written by Dan Brown. It is about a murder in the Louvre museum in Paris France. A Harvard symbologist is consulted on the situation and it is discovered that he has a special link to this incident.

This is a great mystery movie, and if you have read the Dan Brown books, you should definitely watch this movie. Also check out the other movies that have been made from the book series: Angels & Demons.

Starring Tom Hanks (Forest Gump, The Green Mile) as Professor Robert Langdon, Audrey Tautou (Ameile, The Very Long Engagement) as Sophie Neveu, Ian McKellen (Lord of the Rings movies, X-Men movies) as Sir Leigh Teabing and Jean Reno (Ronin, Leon: The Professional) as Captain Bezu Fache.
