Good Morning, Vietnam (1987)

A military DJ takes over a radio show in Vietnam and has a rather unorthodox approach to his radio show.

This is a great comedy movie with a young cast of legends. I give this movie a 5 out of 5.

Starring the late Robin Williams [1951-2014] (Mrs. Doubtfire, Good Will Hunting, One Hour Photo, Boulevard) as Adrian Cronauer, Foresst Whitaker (The Last King of Scotland, Lee Daniel' s The Butler, Battlefield Earth, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) as Edward Garlick, Tung Thanh Tran (Chicago P.D., Early Edition) as Tuan, Chintara Sukapatana (Dorm, Yeau, Hong 2 Run 44, The Seed) as Trinh, the late Bruno Kirby [1949-2006] (City Slickers, When Harry Met Sally, Sleepers, Entourage) as Lt. Steven Hauk, Robert Wuhl (Batman, Arli$$, Bull Durham, American Dad!) as Marty Lee Dreiwitz, the late J.T. Walsh [1943-1998] (Sling Blade, Breakdown, A Few Good Men, Hidden Agenda) as Sgt. Major Dickerson, the late Noble Willingham [1931-2004] (Walker, Texas Ranger; City Slickers, The Howling, Ace Ventura: Pet Detective) as Gen. Taylor, Richard Edson (Super Mario Bros., Strange Days, Do the Right Thing, Ferris Bueller' s Day Off) as Pvt. Abersold, Juney Smith (Friends and Romans, Lethal Weapon 2, City Teacher, F.B.I.) as Phil McPherson, Richard Portnow (Trumbo, Hitchcock, The Sopranos, The Good Wife) as Dan 'The Man' Levitan, Floyd Vivino (The Uncle Floyd Show, Mr. Wonderful, Crazy People, Meet the Pitts) as Eddie Kirk, Cu Ba Nguyen (Jimmy Hollywood, Players, Protect and Surf, Dream On) as Jimmy Wah, Dan Stanton (Loony Tunes: Back in Action, Terminator 2, Kill Your Darlings, Just My Immagination) as Censor # 1 and Don Stanton (Terminator 2, Gremlins 2: The New Batch, Kill Your Darlings, Just My Immagination) as Censor # 2.
