Flight of the Phoenix (2004)

A plane full of oil workers crashes in the dessert after running into a sand storm. They have to band together and rebuild the plane to a flyable condition before a group of marauders catch them and kill them.

This is a great movie, and I give it a 5 out of 5.

Starring Dennis Quaid (The Day After Tomorrow, Far from Heaven, Frequency, In Good Company) as Frank Towns, Tyrese Gibson (Baby Boy, Fast & Furious movies, Transformers, Desert Eagle) as A.J., Giovannu Ribisi (Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, Avatar movies, Boiler Room, Saving Private Ryan) as Elliott, Mirana Otto (The Lord of the Rings movies, War of the Worlds, The Thin Red Lines, The Silence) as Kelly Johnson, Tony Curran (Underworld: Evolution, Red Road, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Outlaw King) as Alex Rodney, Sticky Fingaz (Next Friday, A Day in the Life, Dope, Paradise City) as Jeremy, Jacob Vargas (Luke Cage, Sons of Anarchy, Traffic, Heaven Is for Real) as Sammi, Hugh Laurie (House, Tomorrowland, Mr. Pip, Catch-22) as Ian, Scott Michael Campbell (Brokeback Mountain, Shameless, Suits, Jessica Frost) as James Liddle, Kevork Malikyan (Exodus: Gods and Kings, The Cut, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Midnight Express) as Rady, Jared Padalecki (Supernatural, House of Wax, Friday the 13th, Gilmore Girls) as John Davis, Paul Ditchfield (Stander, Mountains Of The Moon, Reconnect, Konfetti) as Dr. Gerber, Martin Hindy (Max Payne, The Omen, A Good Day to Die Hard, I.T.) as Newman, Bob Brown (Predators, Iron Man, The Numner 23, Hello) as Kyle and Anthony Brandon Wong (The Matrix movies, The Pitch, Sequin in a Blue Room, First Day) as Lead Smuggler.
