Major League (1989)

This is a great 80' s comedy baseball movie.

The owner of a baseball team picks really bad players so they can loose the season big and she can movie them to another city. But they won't take it laying down.

I give this movie a 4.5 out of 5.

Starring Tom Berenger (Platoon, Inception, Faster, Wunderland) as Jake Taylor, Charlie Sheen (Two and a Half Men, Hot Shots movies, Wall Street, Typical Rick) as Ricky Vaughn, Corbin Bernsen (Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Psych, Major League movies, Repeater, Roe v. Wade) as Roger Dorn, the late Margaret Whitton [1949-2016] (Major League movies, The Secret of My Success, The Man Without a Face, Trial by Jury) as Rachel Phelps, the late James Gammon [1940-2010] (Major League movies, Cold Mountain, The Iron Giant, Silverado) as Lou Brown, Rene Russo (Nightcrawler, The Thomas Crown Affair, Ransom, Lethal Weapon 4) as Lynn Wells, Wesley Snipes (Blade movies, New Jack City, Demolition Man, Major League movies) as Willie Mays Hayes, Charles Cyphers (Halloween, The Fog, Assaul on Precinct 13, Methodic) as Charlie Donovan, Chelcie Ross (Hoosiers, Basic Instinct, Bill & Ted' s Bogus Journey, New Money) as Eddie Harris, Dennis Haysbert (24, Far from Heaven, Heat, The Thirteenth Floor) as Pedro Cerrano, Andy Romano (Under Siege movies, Eraser, Listen, Fast Money) as Pepper Leach, Bob Uecker "Mr. Baseball" (Major League movies, Mr. Belvedere, Puppy Dog Pals, Fatal Instinct) as Harry Doyle, introducing Steve Yeager (Major League movies) as Duke Temple, introducing Peter Vuckovich as Haywood and introducing Stacy Carroll (Sable) as Suzanne Dorn.
