Casper (1995)

A paranormal expert moves into an old haunted house to investigate paranormal activity. But he and his daughter soon come across the ghosts and team up with the good one to free the home.

This is a cute but kind of scary kids comedy movie. I give this movie a 4 out of 5.

Starring Chauncey Leopardi (The Sandlot, The Opposite of Sex, Safe, Coldwater) as Nicky, Spencer Vrooman (Fearless, Boys, Man of the House, Baggage) as Andreas, Malachi Pearson (The Spooktacular New Adventures of Casper, Full House, Family Matters, Childhood Thoughts) as Casper (McFadden) (voice), Cathy Moriarty (Raging Bull, Analyze That, Kindergarten Cop, Chosen) as Carrigan Crittenden, Eric Idle (Monty Python movies, Life of Brian, The Meaning of Life, What About Dick?) as Paul 'Dibbs' Plutzker, Ben Stein (Star Search, The Engagement Ring, Family Guy, Son of the Mask) as Mr. Rugg, Don Novello (Saturday Night Live, The Gidfather: Part III, Atlantis: The Lost Empire, Palo Alto) as  Father Guido Sarducci, the late Fred Rogers [1928-2003] (Daniel Tiger' s Neighborhood, Bowling for Columbine, Honey I Blew Up the Kid, Being There) as Mr. Rogers (archive footage), Terry Murphy (Marilyn: The Last Word, Love Affair, Baby Brokers, Best Actress) as Herself ('Hard Copy'), Bill Pullman (Independence Day movies, Lost Highway, The Equalizer, While You Were Sleeping) as Dr. James Harvey, Christina Ricci (Sleepy Hallow, Monster, The Opposite of Sex, Black Snake Moan) as Kathleen 'Kat' Harvey, the late Ernestine Mercer [1924-2011] ( 8 Heads in a Duffel Bag, Eight Days a Week, The Sleeping Car, Gideon) as Harvey Patient Being Interviewed, Doug Bruckner (Most Daring, Most Shocking, Shockwave, High There) as Reporter (voice), Joe Nipote (Viper, Age of Mythology, Kingdom, Mafia II) as Stretch (voice), the late Joe Alaskey [1952-2016] (Tiny Toon Adventures, Forrest Gump, Out of This World, Dark Seduction) as Stinkie (voice) and Brad Garrett (Everybody Loves Raymond, Finding Nemo, Ratatouille, 'Til Death) as Fatso (voice).
