This movie is about an Indian boy named Pi who' s family has to leave America on ship but due to an accident he is the only survivor.... well human survivor that is. He is stuck on a life boat with a tiger and he has to survive. It also shows him as a young child and how his life has lead up to this time on the life boat.
I was not to impressed by the movie except for the life like look of the animals, especially the tiger. I give this movie a 3 out of 5.
Starring Suraj Sharma (Million Dollar Arm, The 85th Oscars) as Pi Patel, Irffan Khan (Slumdog Millionaire, The Darjeeling Limited) as Adult Pi Patel, Adil Hussain (Lessons in Forgetting, English Vinglish) as Santosh Patel, Tabu (The Namesake, Chadni Bar) as Gita Patel.
